Dashti & Associates is a Pakistan-based law practice operating from Turbat, Balochistan — serving clients across federal courts, provincial tribunals, and commercial arbitration forums.

The firm was established to bring a quieter, more deliberate kind of counsel to a profession too often defined by performance. We work in long arcs: we read the file before we speak, we examine the statute before we strategize, and we tell our clients what is true before we tell them what is convenient.

Our practice spans corporate structuring, civil litigation, contractual disputes, constitutional petitions, and ongoing advisory mandates. Every engagement, regardless of size, is led by a partner.

02 — Expertise

Four disciplines. One standard of work.

Our core competencies sit at the intersection of statutory mastery and commercial intuition. We do not advertise practice areas we cannot personally execute.

How an engagement actually begins.

We work in four deliberate movements. The first three are about understanding the problem; only the fourth involves action.

Initial Inquiry

A short conversation — by phone, written submission, or in person — to establish the nature of the matter and confirm there is no conflict of interest.
